How great is it to gain lbs over the weekend when all you do is drink beer and eat pizza and pork? Keep going like this and Daddy is gonna need some new pants.

You know I wouldn't worry so much about the pounds. With all the yoga you've been doing a weekend like you've described will just raise your metabolism level, and then the body will burn harden when you get back to yoga and rice and broccoli, or whatever your staple diet of Samurai films, John Wayne, and Borges you are on now.
